HAZELBROOK PROPERTY-SPECIFIC TERMS

If you, or any of your party, become ill with, or display symptoms of, Covid 19 or any other illness that may be contagious whilst you are staying at the Property, please let the Property Owner know immediately. For the safety of other Guests and staff, the Property Owner asks that you stay within your Property and do not roam elsewhere on the Estate until you are no longer contagious or until your departure, whichever is sooner.

Dogs are only permitted with prior written approval, and Guests must ensure flea/worm treatments are up to date before their stay. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, on furniture or in carpeted rooms. Dogs must not be left unattended or be allowed to roam the Estate (indoors or outdoors) unsupervised and when outdoors they must be kept under close control (for example, on a lead or long leash) at all times. Guests must always clean up after their dogs. If extra cleaning is required after your occupancy due to any pets that have stayed, this may be deducted from the Pre-Authorised Damages Deposit.

The cost of your Booking does not include insurance. The Owner requires all Guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance which provides cover for Booking cancellations, accidents, illness, unforeseen events, loss or damage to personal belongings, and accidental damage or breakage. The Guest shall be liable for the cost of any such damage or breakage caused at the Property by the Guest, any member of the Guest’s party, or any visitors.

In order to respect the Property’s neighbours’ rights to enjoy the peaceful, tranquil setting of their homes (not to mention others staying on the Estate), the Property Owner kindly asks guests to show consideration and to adhere to the following:

- Do not set up music systems outdoors.

- Limit the volume of music playing indoors so it cannot be heard outside.

- After 10pm the terraces and gardens must only be used as quiet areas.

- Do not leave any litter on the Estate or in the surrounding area.

- Do not use fireworks, candles, or incense at any time on the Estate.

All facilities, leisure areas, the fishing lake and grounds are unsupervised and unattended. Guests are required to follow the safety advice provided, at all times. The following minimum age requirements must be adhered to: hots tubs - aged 5+, zip wire and open-water swimming - aged 7+, and sauna - aged 12+. Chidren under the ages of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to supervise their children’s safety and conduct at all times while on site. Please be aware that all on-site activities, such as using the zip wire, fishing and wild swimming, using the sauna, pool and hot tub, are undertaken at your own risk and neither the Property Owner nor Luxury Boltholes take responsibility for any accidents that may occur.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors anywhere on the Estate (including the pool house, summer house, and games room). The use, consumption and possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in the termination of your stay and forfeiture of your Pre-Authorised Damages Deposit.

Use of the Property and grounds is restricted to the Guests named on the Booking and only those pets/visitors agreed in writing before the Check-In Date.
