When you make a booking with us, we'll send you our welcome app which is available to use right away. The welcome app is our “little black book”; packed full of information about your property and the surrounding area. We also include lots of recommendations and introductions to a wide range of hand-picked local partners who can help make your stay exceptional.

Like any valuable concierge service, we are on hand to offer any advice you might need. An e-mail, text or call is all it takes, and we'll happily point in you the right direction. For example, if you need a wet weather alternative in a hurry then we’re here to help.

In addition to this inclusive service, you can also hire us to create a tailored programme for you. Simply let us know what you would like to do before you arrive and leave the rest to us. This could be a full day of activities, or a special treat, like starting each day with an exquisite breakfast, delivered to your door by our partners. Or perhaps you’d like a local chef to prepare a seven-course tasting menu for you, tickets for the theatre, or a round of golf; these are just a few of the things our team can deliver. All we ask is that you give us plenty of time so we can secure what you want.

Of course, if you wish to be left in peace and retreat from the world, then the welcome app is there to provide lots of inspiration of fabulous things to see, eat and do in the local area as well.
