A magnificent private estate, hidden away in the heart of the Sussex countryside, Loxton Park is an exceptional property that perfectly embodies timeless luxury. Every aspect of the unique and luxurious Loxton Park estate has been thoughtfully considered, and reflects the impeccable, and slightly eclectic, taste of the owners.

A careful blend of classic and contemporary styles runs throughout the interior. There’s no mistaking this is a grown-up’s house, but there’s an undeniable air of fun about the place too.

Sleeping eight across four sumptuous bedrooms, this wonderful home is perfect for hosting an intimate special occasion, or simply evading real life for a while.

Loxton Park was made for entertaining with its grand dining room being the perfect place to enjoy an indulgent meal prepared by the resident chef, and the cosy sitting room an ideal setting for pre-dinner drinks in front of the open fire.

A neutral, sophisticated palette flows across the house, but each room has its own unique character. Everywhere you look, fabulous art and glorious antiques. It even boasts its own sensational indoor heated swimming pool, fabulous roof terrace with panoramic views across the estate, and live-in housekeeper. Yet the opulent, plush features act as a smoke screen for the eco-friendly and forward-thinking innovations of this impressive Loxton Park estate.

Lose yourself in the dream-like, magical grounds, made up of meadows and woodlands, maintained using organic principles wherever possible. Stroll around the four-acre lake, and admire the impeccably kept and fruitful walled garden.

This one-of-a-kind home brings vitality to the soul, and offers a unique setting for special celebrations, far from the rhythms of everyday life.

*Loxton Park is also available for special occasions and would be an exquisite venue for a wedding, please don't hesitate to get in touch for further details.

Where to eat and drink

The Interlude at Leonardslee Gardens is a real treat, ideal for a birthday. Their tasting menu is exquisite.

You must also visit the Half Moon, which is in Kirdford. The team are delightful, and the food is fantastic. We’re always very well looked after.

What to do in the local area

It’s worth a trip to the gardens at Leonardslee, even without visiting the Interlude. It’s a magical place, resplendent with colour in Autumn.
