Refurbished in 2024, this dog-friendly property sits within a generous plot (just under an acre), meaning there’s plenty of space for larger groups. Children are welcome to run, roam and explore to their heart’s content. 

Inside, light floods a vast open-plan kitchen and dining room. Here, looking out to sea, you can recline on the sofas, stroll out to the deck, or sip drinks. There’s an easy flow from house to garden that perfectly suits this setting – cook inside in the well-equipped kitchen, or when the sun shines, make use of the outdoor pizza ovens and barbecue.

For shared downtime, head to Luma’s dedicated cinema room, where a 75” screen forms the basis of family movie nights. Host a snooker tournament or board games night in the games room, or retreat to the study for a moment of quiet. 

Luma sleeps 16 guests across eight elegantly decorated bedrooms (with six en-suites and one family bathroom). With relaxation at the forefront, each features luxury towels, robes and linens, a television, and White Company bath products. Many rooms offer expansive sea views, while three lead to a large balcony – inviting you to make the most of those early morning rays and breathtaking sunsets. 

As you step outside, this coastal location really comes into its own. With the beach close at hand, Luma is well stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy it, from basics like towels to watersports kit, including kayaks, SUPs and life jackets. Cricket stumps and rounders bats are ideal for low-tide games on the sand, while a fire pit becomes a popular gathering point as the sun goes down.

The owner has taken great care to create exceptional outdoor facilities, with luxuries such as a hot tub, outside shower and changing room. Here, you can take things at your own pace: dine in the splendid garden room or al fresco beneath the pergola, where the addition of a drinks fridge, lighting, and a patio heater make it all too easy to settle in for the evening. 

The house is reached by a private drive (which provides ample parking for eight cars), and is fully enclosed, creating a secure space for your whole family. To the front, a dedicated children’s area features an ACON trampoline, basketball net, swings, and swing ball. If needed, an EV charger is available for a small additional charge.
