The Aquila Retreat’s interiors are light, bright, and contemporary, with the welcoming softness of warm wood, cushions, and cosy throws. At its heart, you’ll find a stunning triple-height dining space, where your group can eat overlooking the water.
A short stroll reveals many of the features that make this home so special. As well as the natural pool, the grounds host a hot tub, sauna cabin, club-sized tennis court, and sunken trampoline. The landscaped gardens extend across 1.5 acres, before giving way to the fields and countryside beyond
And, at the day’s end, you can climb the bespoke spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms above. The property has five to choose from, including a master bedroom, double room, twin bedroom (ideal for children or sharing friends), and a flexible twin or super-king room. For those who like to rise higher and see further, the second-floor loft suite becomes a private sanctuary.
There’s so much here to enjoy, but if you’re keen to explore further, this luxury holiday let is ideal for days in Bosham, and beyond. A private track will lead you to the West Sussex coast with just a five-minute walk; while a short drive further, West Wittering beach stretches before you. You’ll also be ideally placed for Goodwood events, just 15 minutes away by car.

For coffee with one of the finest views in the village, the Shoreside Café is hard to beat – sitting right on the edge of the harbour, where you can watch sailing boats drift across the water. And, if you’re looking for a memorable meal, The Crown & Anchor at Dell Quay is a favourite for evening drinks and waterside dining.

When you’re ready to explore, Bosham’s timeless charm is right on your doorstep.
