Most of the properties you’ll find here have private outdoor or indoor pools (although facilities at larger estates such as Hazelbrook may be shared, so do check a property’s listing). Many are heated swimming pools, but some feature options such as a plunge pool, spa pool or infinity pool. You’ll find more details on each property’s listing.

For a more luxurious experience, most of our pools are heated, with the obvious exception of cold-water plunge pools at properties such as Foxlink. However, some may be available seasonally, so do check our listing information to be sure. 

Lots of our holiday properties are both family friendly and designed to include a pool. Arrangements at each may vary, however, so we do recommend checking individual property descriptions and guest information. We’ll always try to flag where a home specifically isn’t suitable for children, but if you’re unsure, please do ask us before booking – we know every property inside-out, so can advise on what’s likely to suit you. 

Yes, a number of our properties have swimming pools and hot tubs – as well as other features such as saunas, steam rooms, and outdoor showers. At The Waterside Retreat, for example, guests can enjoy an outdoor heated pool, a wild swimming lake, and an on-site gym. Both Marama in Surrey and Hunters in West Sussex feature a pool, hot tub, and sauna. 

Many of our properties feature seasonal outdoor pools, which are heated only during warmer months (typically from mid-spring to summer). If you’ll be staying in winter, it’s best to check an individual property listing to be sure. Alternatively, those with indoor pools, like the Hazelbrook Estate, offer the option of a heated swim all year round.

Alongside this, our properties are often in wonderfully scenic or secluded locations, meaning they really do feel like a world apart. Many of our properties feature a swimming pool alongside other wellbeing features, such as a hot tub, steam room, sauna or gym. To make your stay even more indulgent, we can also arrange for private spa treatments, delivered by a therapist in your property.
