 In our collection, large holiday homes are properties with enough bedrooms and living space to comfortably host bigger groups, typically 8 or more guests, with several sleeping 20 or more. Each property page lists the exact bedroom, bathroom, and guest capacity.

How many people can stay in your largest properties?

Capacity varies across the collection, from cosy group homes for 7–8 up to grand estates sleeping 28 or more, such as The House at Hazelbrook Estate. Use the guest number filter on this page to narrow the list to your group size.

Are your large holiday homes suitable for multi-generational family holidays?
