You’ll also find seven large televisions throughout the house offering access to Freeview, Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. For those seeking a little more activity, the gym is well-equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, balance ball, weights, and yoga mats.

The open-plan kitchen, designed to chef standards, is perfect for culinary creations and casual gatherings. Featuring a curved island with bar stools, a Falcon double Rangemaster oven, and a Quooker tap, it caters to every need. 

Dine in style at the elegant 16-seater table or eat al fresco under the pagoda on the terrace. For a more intimate setting, retreat to the Arctic cabin and gather around a central barbecue for a truly unique experience. 

Six spacious bedrooms offer serene sanctuaries with stunning views of the garden and Surrey Hills. The master suite boasts a super-king bed, walk-in shower, and private gym. Bedroom two features a super-king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a tranquil roof terrace, ideal for adults. The remaining king-sized rooms each have their own private bathrooms. 

Kestrels meets every practical need. The secondary kitchen and utility space even offers a handy dog shower, perfect after outdoor adventures. There’s parking for ten cars, including covered garaging for two and an EV charging point (available at an additional cost).

The extensive grounds are equally magnificent. Swim in the heated pool (open May to September), bring racquets and play tennis on the all-weather court, or burn off some energy on the trampoline. For a classic countryside experience, organise a croquet match on the lawn. Keep a look out for hot air balloons which can often be spotted on fair days, due to the elevated position of the grounds. If you’d rather put your feet up, the three outdoor seating areas, complete with heat lamps and a fire pit, provide the perfect spots to unwind and take in the views.
